AI & Automation

AI voice agents are the most common — they answer inbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments around the clock. Beyond that: chatbots trained specifically on your business knowledge (not a generic bot), workflow automations that connect your existing tools without anyone touching them, and AI-powered portals that process and surface your business data. The right starting point depends on where you'd get the most leverage. That's what the free strategy session exists to figure out.
Two to four weeks for most setups. A basic inbound agent that handles FAQs and books appointments is on the faster end. Complex deployments with multiple call flows, CRM integrations, and large custom knowledge bases take longer. Either way, you'll have a working prototype in the first week that you can test and provide feedback on.
No. The systems we build are designed so you can use them without touching code. You get a dashboard, a knowledge base you can update, call recordings to review, and clear documentation for anything that matters. The technical side is abstracted away from day-to-day use.
Usually, yes. Most CRMs, calendars, and business tools have APIs or webhook support. We've integrated AI agents with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and a wide range of custom systems. If the tool you're using has an API, there's a good chance we can connect to it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that upfront.
Setup runs $1,500–$5,000 for most use cases — that range reflects actual complexity, not margins. After setup, ongoing cost is primarily API usage: voice minutes, which scale with your call volume. For a business fielding 30+ calls per week, the math typically works in the first month. One saved hire covers years of the system.
Current AI voice technology sounds remarkably natural — not the robotic voice assistant you might remember from a decade ago. Callers are often unaware they're speaking with AI. The agent's tone, pacing, and vocabulary are all configured to match your brand. That said, we always recommend disclosing that your agent is AI-powered — it's better for trust and, in most states, required by law.

Development

No. The default is always custom code — PHP, SQL, vanilla JavaScript. It's faster, more secure, and there's no plugin ecosystem to babysit. WordPress is fine for certain use cases, and we can deliver it if that's what you specifically need. But for anything that has to perform, scale, and last, custom is almost always the better answer.
A straightforward marketing site: 3–6 weeks. A web application or custom portal: 4–12 weeks. Landing pages and focused single-purpose sites can be faster. We'll give you a specific estimate after our first conversation — not a vague range that ends up being wrong.
Foundational SEO is standard in every web project: proper heading structure, meta tags, Open Graph data, schema markup, page speed optimization, semantic HTML, clean URLs, image alt text, and an XML sitemap. Content is written with search intent in mind. A top ranking isn't something anyone can guarantee — but you'll have a technically solid base that search engines trust.
Every site is designed and tested across phones, tablets, and desktops before you see it. Mobile isn't adapted from the desktop version — it's often designed first, since that's where most visitors are.
Depending on current workload, yes. Reach out with your deadline and we'll give you an honest answer on whether it's workable. We won't overpromise a timeline and then miss it.
Absolutely. A redesign starts with an honest audit — what's working, what's hurting you, and what doesn't need to change. We only keep what earns its place. The rebuild is scoped from there.
Direction and rough content is enough. Tell us your business, your audience, and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll shape the copy, design the experience, and ask the right questions throughout. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Design

Yes — logo and brand identity work is a common starting point. We go through a discovery process to understand your business, audience, and competitive landscape before designing anything. The goal is a mark that communicates the right things, not just something that looks good in isolation.
Yes. Beyond the logo, we deliver full identity systems: color palette, typography, brand guidelines, business cards, stationery, and any marketing materials you need. Everything built to work together across every touchpoint.
Not currently. Social media requires consistent daily attention we can't deliver at the quality level we hold ourselves to. We're happy to refer you to a trusted partner if that's what you need.

Working Together

Directly. You get a personal email and phone number — not a support ticket system, not a project management tool you have to log into. Regular check-ins at every milestone. You always know where things stand.
Yes — most clients are fully remote. Everything is handled digitally: calls, design reviews, feedback, delivery. Photography work requires scheduling based on location.
Intentionally few. Every client gets full attention — not a spot in a queue. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll say so and give you an honest timeline for when we can start.
Yes. Monthly support plans cover updates, troubleshooting, new features, and ongoing refinement — including AI model tuning as your business changes. Most clients stay on a plan because their systems keep improving, not just getting maintained.

Ownership & Payments

All of it. Code, design files, databases, AI configurations, access credentials — fully delivered at completion. No licensing fees, no lock-in, no ongoing dependency on us to use what you paid for. If you wanted to hand it to a different developer tomorrow, you could.
No — because no two projects are the same. Quoting without understanding your scope would be meaningless at best and misleading at worst. Schedule a free 30-minute call and you'll have a realistic range by the end of it.
Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check. Projects are structured with a 50% deposit upfront and the balance at delivery. Monthly support plans are billed on a recurring basis.
